الطلب بيمشي كده

  1. المناسبة والمنطقة

    اختيار المناسبة والمنطقة بيطلّع المحلات اللي بتوصّل لك: تورت وحلويات، ورد، علب هدايا وتوزيعات، بالونات وديكور، طباعة وحفر بالاسم، وشغل يدوي.

  2. بالاسم، وفي الميعاد

    الحجم، ويوم التسليم، والكلام اللي هيتكتب على التورتة أو الكارت أو اللي هيتحفر على الهدية. المحل بيأكد الطلب قبل ما يبدأ يشتغل.

  3. الدفع لما يوصل

    كاش للمندوب على باب البيت. مفيش دفع مقدّم، والطلب متابَع خطوة بخطوة من الأبلكيشن.

بعد الطلب، الحالة دايماً قدامك:

  2. اتأكد

How an order works

  1. Your occasion, your area

    Pick the occasion and your area, and you see the shops that deliver to you: cakes and desserts, flowers, gift boxes and favours, balloons and decor, printing and engraving, handmade crafts.

  2. With their name, on the day

    Choose the size and the day, and add the words for the cake, the card or the engraving. The shop confirms before they start making it.

  3. Pay when it arrives

    Cash to the courier at your door. Nothing up front, and you can follow every step in the app.

Once you've ordered, you always know where it is:

  1. Awaiting confirmation
  2. Confirmed
  3. Being made
  4. On the way
  5. Delivered

The orders that get lost in your DMs belong here

A cake studio, a flower shop, a print and engraving workshop, a balloon and decor shop, or a business run from home. If your orders come in on Instagram and WhatsApp and the dates get tangled between messages, Wedd was made for you.

Open your shop
A phone number, a shop name and photos of your work. You set the areas, the prices and how long each piece takes.
Run orders from the portal
Every order in one list, sorted by due date, with the words to write or engrave shown large and clear so nobody misspells a name.
Get paid
The courier collects cash from the customer, and money for delivered orders is sent to you by InstaPay or mobile wallet.

  • تقييم من ناس استلمت فعلاً

    التقييم بيتكتب بعد ما الطلب يتسلّم بس، فكل نجمة وراها طلب حقيقي.

  • لو حصلت مشكلة

    لو الطلب وصل غير اللي اتفقتوا عليه، فيه زرار «عندي مشكلة» في صفحة الطلب. فريق ود بيسمع الطرفين قبل أي قرار.

Hand to hand, and every hand has a name

Buying from someone you've never met takes a little reassurance. Here's how we give it.

  • Verified phone numbers

    Every shop and every customer signs in with a phone number confirmed by an SMS code. No number, no account.

  • Ratings from people who got the order

    You can only rate a shop once your order has been delivered, so every star has a real order behind it.

  • If something goes wrong

    If the order isn't what you agreed, tap "I have a problem" on the order page. The Wedd team hears both sides before deciding anything.

الدفع كاش بس؟

في البداية أيوه: الدفع كاش للمندوب وقت الاستلام. مفيش أي مبلغ بيتدفع قبل ما الطلب يوصل.

بتوصّلوا فين؟

بنبدأ في القاهرة الكبرى. كل محل بيحدد المناطق اللي بيوصّل لها، وبتبان قبل الطلب، فمفيش مفاجآت بعد ما السلة تتملي.

التوصيل بكام؟

كل محل بيحدد مصاريف التوصيل لكل منطقة، والمبلغ بيظهر في السلة قبل تأكيد الطلب.

ينفع ألغي الطلب؟

الإلغاء من غير أي مصاريف لحد ما المحل يأكد الطلب. بعد كده الحاجة بتبدأ تتعمل مخصوص، فأي تغيير بيبقى بالاتفاق مع المحل.

مين يقدر يبيع على ود؟

أي بيزنس صغير شغله للمناسبات والهدايا: محلات الحلويات وأتيليهات التورت، محلات الورد، اللي بيعملوا علب الهدايا والتوزيعات، ورش الطباعة والحفر، محلات البالونات وديكور الحفلات، الشوكولاتييه، أتيليهات الشغل اليدوي، وبراندات الإكسسوارات الصغيرة. محل، أو ورشة، أو من البيت، كله ينفع.

فتح المحل على ود بفلوس؟

فتح المحل ببلاش. ود بياخد عمولة على الطلبات اللي اتسلّمت بس، ونسبتها مكتوبة في البوابة قبل أول طلب.

Questions people ask

Is it cash only?

For now, yes: you pay the courier in cash when the order arrives. Nothing is charged before then.

Where do you deliver?

We're starting in Greater Cairo. Each shop chooses the areas it delivers to, and you see them before you order, not after you've filled your cart.

How much is delivery?

Each shop sets its own delivery fee per area, and you see it in your cart before you confirm.

Can I cancel an order?

Free of charge until the shop confirms it. After that it's being made for you, so any change is agreed with the shop.

Who can sell on Wedd?

Any small business that makes things for occasions and gifts: bakeries and cake studios, florists, gift-box and favour makers, printing and engraving workshops, balloon and party-decor shops, chocolatiers, handmade craft studios and small accessory brands. A shop, a workshop or a table at home, all of them are welcome.

Does it cost anything to open a shop?

Opening a shop is free. Wedd takes a commission on delivered orders only, and the rate is shown in the portal before your first order.

When is the app coming out?

We're getting ready to launch in Cairo. Email hello@getwedd.app and we'll tell you as soon as it's on Android and iPhone.
